Absolutely terrible customer service. We booked for 11am pickup over the phone and not one person told us they would arrive almost 20 minutes before demanding our luggage. We rushed as quickly as possible and the driver still had the absolute WORST attitude. He was rude, abrasive, and yelling at us threatening to leave our party ALL BEFORE 11am even hit. Be weary of booking service through this company.
Great service from Gary this afternoon. The van showed up on time. He assisted with bags for our party of 11 and made sure everyone was al set before leaving. The van was super clean and comfortable. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
