On holiday here in Cocoa Beach, and thought a good idea to hire a pedal bike. This company advertise widely but fail to state only for US ID card holders only. Cocoa Beach is a wonderful tourist resort, but this company are clearly not interested in tourist trade. So don’t waste any of your time going to this company. Plus their staff member is clueless and extremely unhelpful. Needs a lesson in customer care basic communication.
Repaired my bike quickly and affordably. Good selection of everything including beach supplies. Rentals of all sorts.
Brought my bike in for a tune-up. They did a good job with it and the people that work here are very nice and helpful. However the owners need to get in the 21st century. When I came to pick the bike up, they were unable to take my credit card because it expires in 2030 (“new” credit card?) and they are unable take Apple Pay via an Iphone. Very antiquated payment systems. They wouldn’t let me take the bike until I had cash or a card that they could accept. The first thing I saw, they had lots of e bikes on display. I thought the colors were awesome. They even had Jamis bicycles on sale. The repair shop area was very clean and organized.
Great place. Julia was very knowledgeable and over the top helpful!
