I’ve had 4 microneedling appointments with different providers - Kara, Bena and Julia. All have been so lovely and very very good practitioners, I have been really pleased with the results of improved skin texture and smoothed fine lines. I’ve also asked questions along the way and they have always checked with Dr Jane before giving me thorough skin advice. Had a great experience from start to finish. I booked in after hearing good things and was impressed by how professional and efficient the whole team was. The nurse took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable before moving ahead. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a really relaxed atmosphere. Staff at reception were helpful and super nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a visit.
Make sure you give them plenty of notice to cancel. You wont get all your reimbursement back. Make sure you are sick 48 hours before the appointment, not 24. I’ve actually spent 8k for your business, worth of Botox, fillers and wrinkle relaxers and you can’t reimburse me $100. Wow Yes but i was ill a day before my cancellation, not 48hours!! Hence why i cancelled 😡. This cant be helped, it HAPPENS! I bet it happens to your Staff.
