My first visit (Monday) whilst the showroom was busy with many items on sale, I was largely ignored. When I was having my details entered, my name was misspelled with no request for confirmation. My address was also incorrectly entered despite my repeating it several times. My sales person was lovely, but I felt like a bother to her. The customer experience I had today at the Richmond showroom was extra ordinary. LIAM was the salesperson and the customer experience he provided was excellent. He showed a high product knowledge. From the time we stepped into the store until we stepped out, he helped us to choose what we needed within our budget.
