I initially chose Coco Republic because I trusted their brand and service. I placed a fairly large order with them, including a dining table, dining chairs, TV unit, outdoor dining set, and a bed. Structural failure dismissed as "wear and tear"—Disgraceful service We purchased a parquetry table from the Chadstone showroom (Order originally from 2019) and the timber is now lifting and springy to the touch. We are delighted with our furniture purchases from Coco Republic Richmond. The service and attention we received from Antoinette Pace was outstanding. She was approachable, accessible and nothing was too much trouble. Her guidance with our furniture choices was invaluable. Antoinette from the Richmond showroom is an absolute asset to Coco Republic. Sadly there seems to be some problems in the supply chain currently at Coco Republic, however Antoinette solved any issue with absolute professionalism, problem solving issues and delivering beyond my expectations. I believe in this current landscape it's important to work with an incredible designer to ensure there is no issues along the way. I can highly recommend Antoinette.

For your information I will raise this to Australian Customers Law Affairs Extremely disappointed with my experience at Coco Republic. My table was originally confirmed for delivery on 19 December. When it didn’t arrive, I had to chase the team myself to discover it had been delayed to February — with no proactive communication. Throughout February I continued following up.
