We had a fantastic experience at Coco Republic Richmond. The quality of the furniture and homewares is beautiful, and the showroom is stunning. A special thank you to Liam, our design consultant, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We'll definitely be purchasing from Coco Republic again. My first visit (Monday) whilst the showroom was busy with many items on sale, I was largely ignored. When I was having my details entered, my name was misspelled with no request for confirmation. My address was also incorrectly entered despite my repeating it several times. My sales person was lovely, but I felt like a bother to her. My second visit (Tuesday), I had to again approach a sales person in the showroom after no welcome, no greeting into the store, and no offer of help. The customer experience I had today at the Richmond showroom was extra ordinary. LIAM was the salesperson and the customer experience he provided was excellent. He showed a high product knowledge. From the time we stepped into the store until we stepped out, he helped us to choose what we needed within our budget. Although we were hoping to purchase only one piece of furniture, ended up buying 4. Store Manager Mish was also extremely helpful during the visit. We thank both of you for your time.
