Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a rug on the website and was given a two week delivery estimate. More than a month later I realised they had not even sent me my order confirmation, only an email letting me know my order confirmation would arrive shortly. I emailed asking why this was and when my item would arrive and was told that it would not be for another 3 months. I did not get any communication about this until I asked. The customer support was very poor, I will never be back.

I made two casual visits to the Richmond store looking for a sofa. Staff on both trips were welcoming, helpful and attentive. I bought the Positano sofa in a colour that was in stock, and it was delivered promptly and on time. It’s so pretty and, more than that, also the comfiest thing I’ve ever sat in. Quality is proven with the test of time, and it’s still new so I can’t comment on that. But based on my current experience, I would highly recommend Coco Republic products and the staff at the Richmond store.
