Beyond horrific. AVOID. We spent $20K+ on the interior design service and it has been an absolute nightmare. I have had to legal threats to actually get our furniture deliever months late and we received the incorrect items dumped at our delivery location. White glove service - they don't tell you it's a latex white glove you'll be on the receiving end of.....
Liam from Coco Republic Richmond has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Was very patient and a great communicator! Extremely happy so far - hope the delivery process is just as good as Liam's service.
Custom furniture and statement pieces both subtle and bold. A long wait for delivery because everything is made on demand. Constantly getting new stock and new fabrics every few months, and I freaking love the lighting. Look at that spiky sun thing! The staff here are real experts with an eye for detail, Antoinette and Sam are an absolute delight. 10/10 will visit again.
I initially chose Coco Republic because I trusted their brand and service. I placed a fairly large order with them, including a dining table, dining chairs, TV unit, outdoor dining set, and a bed.
