Purchased 5 items during the clearance warehouse sale. One of the tables was quite heavy so I had to pay extra delivery charges. In the end, the table never got delivered to me plus an outdoor chair was missing. Three months of emailing, calling and even going into the store nothing has been done about my missing items. Finally received an email on 23rd April confirming a refund for the missing items but still havent reveived a refund. I am now going to raise a case with fair trading.
Bought a bath vanity from Coco Republic during their warehouse sale. It looked fine at the time of purchase, but after delivery, we noticed part of the surface was missing. Emailed productsupport@cocorepublic.com.au on 10 March, but received no response. Disappointed with the lack of after-sales support—expected better service from a brand like this.
We purchased the best 4 of clearance item counter stools in early January. As we didnt' have room in the car, we agreed for them to hold our 4 stools for up to a couple of days for us to return and pick them up. Instictively, I triple checked with our salesperson, Wafiq, that these specific 4 stools would be clearly labelled as ours and stored securely and separately. He assured me they would.
