Bought a bath vanity from Coco Republic during their warehouse sale. It looked fine at the time of purchase, but after delivery, we noticed part of the surface was missing. Emailed productsupport@cocorepublic.com.au on 10 March, but received no response. Disappointed with the lack of after-sales support—expected better service from a brand like this.

We purchased the best 4 of clearance item counter stools in early January. As we didnt' have room in the car, we agreed for them to hold our 4 stools for up to a couple of days for us to return and pick them up. Instictively, I triple checked with our salesperson, Wafiq, that these specific 4 stools would be clearly labelled as ours and stored securely and separately. He assured me they would. I purchased this coffee table that was delivered on 13 Dec '24. Upon removing the plastic wrapping around the table, a piece got ripped off and left a crack there. The removalist said this would be reported to the store. I sent in an enquiry about this on 17 Dec '24, and got a call from the shop assistant, who advised the incident would be verified with the removalist & swap a new one for me.
