Krystyana was amazing! Very professional, fantastic service and even took the time to set up the sizing of the sofa on our house plans. Looking forward to receiving our furniture and visiting Coco Republic in the future.
I’ve purchased a number of items from Coco Republic over the past few months. From my first visit Krystyana has offered incredibly helpful advice on styles and fabrics, helped select complementary pieces, and provided layout advice. Krystyana is a pleasure to work with and I’d highly recommend her!
Despite high prices, Coco Republic's furniture is disappointingly mundane, lacking unique or innovative design. Customer service is virtually non-existent, with staff more focused on their computers than assisting customers.
Very happy with our order and the service we received from Coco Republic in Canberra. Had seen negative reviews and was weary, but we had no issues at all. Our furniture arrived within two weeks of ordering (much quicker than the anticipated 4-6) and the delivery team were very professional in the way they handled the items.
