Pay thousands for furniture and the delivery team wouldn’t even take it upstairs. Now it’s damaged. Terrible service, stay away from Coco Republic. Really expected better from a so-called premium brand. Don’t sell people lounges if you can’t deliver them properly.

We purchased a rug from Coco Republic Moore Park after a long search—it was the perfect colour we'd been looking for. However, when it arrived, it was noticeably different in shade from the one we had seen in the showroom, possibly due to a different dye lot or batch. After a few messages and calls with Mar, she went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for both sides. Thanks to Coby at Moore Park who was very helpful when I called with enquiries on how to deal with a spillage on our rug from Coco Republic. He made numerous suggestions and was extremely helpful. Great service.

Overpriced and don’t trust their warranty. We have a crack in an outdoor table that we have used 3 times since we bought it. They sent someone over, decided we had dropped something on it (how?) and refused the warranty. It’s a ceramic table. Design fault maybe? If the only standard to fix or pay up on a warranty is their own judgement, go figure.
