This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had, along with the worst customer service. We bought an Entertainment Unit from Coco Republic, and at the time of purchase, the salesperson did not mention any return policy or conditions. When it was delivered, the delivery staff found the Entertainment unit was too long to be moved upstairs due to our spiral staircase. We had no choice but to ask them to take it back. I had a wonderful experience at Coco Republic Chadstone, and Sorei Soth was a standout. His professionalism and helpfulness were truly exceptional throughout the process. I highly recommend visiting Coco Republic and seeking out Sorei for his outstanding service!
The worst product support team. If you have a delivery arrive damaged, prepare to be completely ignored. I reached out to productsupport@cocorepublic.com.au and even had client support reach out on my behalf to help come to a resolution, to have no response. They have completely ignored me and offered no help. Wouldn't recommend.
