Extremely disappointed in the quality of a high-end dining table and the lack of support from Coco Republic. Our parquetry table is suffering from structural delamination—the wood is physically lifting and "springing" from the base. This is a manufacturing failure of the adhesive, yet Customer Care (Ellie) has dismissed this as "wear and tear" and hid behind a 5-year warranty that expired only months ago. A terrible customer service from a young, rude and arrogant lady. We walked in around 3.3pm on Sunday, she and a young man sitting at the table that we wanted to have a look at in details. She looked up and asked: Are You in the right store?....if you hated talking customer that much, you should not be in retail. Will never step foot in that store again because of her.

1 Star – Extremely Poor Customer Service This has been the worst customer service experience I have encountered. In November 2025, I paid a deposit of over $9,000 at the Coco Republic Chadstone showroom. The salesperson at the time appeared competent, and I trusted that my order was properly processed.
