Beautiful Design, But Extremely Poor Quality – Strongly Do Not Recommend I purchased dining chairs from Coco Republic in May 2023. While the design is undeniably beautiful, the quality is shockingly poor. I strongly advise others not to buy these chairs. We don’t even use them daily – only when guests visit or when the whole family gathers. Yet, as shown in the attached photos, the chairs are peeling and scuffing in multiple places. Thank you to local store for sorting the issue, very happy with the outcome
Purchase a stone console table and the product delivered was different in color and instead of white was orange attached the image of what was delivered and color and hue on the product is so different then advertised. Also very next week store reduced the price of the same item by more than 1 thousand dollar, i called store to discuss before taking delivery and every time was told that manager will look into this and call back. i have not received a single call back from the store even after calling 3 times. very poor servi... read more
I’ve never felt so disrespected by a brand in my life. When my husband received a call from Coco Republic, we were genuinely excited to learn more about the services being offered to future Aland residents in Gosford. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Had I known how we would be treated, I would have preferred they never contacted us at all.
