Extremely disappointed with this store. I was told the item was in stock, but once payment was made, I was informed it wasn’t available. There has been constant miscommunication and I had to keep following up. Even after raising a complaint, no one called or apologised. The concierge service is rude and unhelpful. Completely unprofessional. The CEO acknowledged my messages and even called, but the store manager has not shown the basic courtesy to respond or answer any messages.
Maryanne from the castle hill store has been a delight to work with at Coco Republic. She has been so helpful in our selection of furniture. It’s hard to get good service these days and she has genuine care, has knowledge of products and also great design skills.

Beautiful Design, But Extremely Poor Quality – Strongly Do Not Recommend I purchased dining chairs from Coco Republic in May 2023. While the design is undeniably beautiful, the quality is shockingly poor. I strongly advise others not to buy these chairs. We don’t even use them daily – only when guests visit or when the whole family gathers. Yet, as shown in the attached photos, the chairs are peeling and scuffing in multiple places.
