I cannot praise Paulo, Gui and Paulo Jr enough. They were absolutely fantastic! They made sure they tried every possible option to get my dresser up, and they did. They got the job done! Not only were they able to get a very heavy, and large dresser through two flights of stairs, and were magicians in doing so - as it was very complicated, but they also calmed my anxieties and made me feel very valued as a customer. The delivery team made this the most easy and relaxed process ever! Paolo, Troy and Gui were super friendly, and without an issue got the bed installed even up a few flights of stairs- a tricky house for the delivery. Couldn’t be happier, thank you for making it an easy process!

Very disappointing experience at Coco Republic, not because of the products, but due to the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. A member of the male staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly selective in the way he interacted with customers. It genuinely felt like attention was given only to people who looked wealthy, based purely on appearances rather than treating everyone with the same level of respect.
