Fantastic experience in store with Candice - we had been looking for a long time and she was extremely helpful, yet not over bearing or pushy! Delivered on time, with care by a team of 3 -MATHEUS, PAULO JR and BRINO. They gave us updates via SMS through the morning so we knew when delivery would arrive. Then upacked everything, put furniture in place and all packaging taken away. Awesome customer service!
The experience of purchasing a couch was easy and enjoyable. Paulo, Camargo and Gui sent regular delivery updates on the day and delivered the couch quickly and with expert care which I appreciated.

We had a seamless delivery with no issues whatsoever. Communication was fantastic as were the delivery guys, Vitor and Marcelo. We have a dining table and chairs on order and I hope we’re lucky enough to get the same guys for our next install. Well done and thank you to all involved. Our cabinet looks great and we couldn’t be happier.
