We ordered a sofa five months ago, and it was delayed twice. The first delay came with no clear communication, and later we were told the shipment was stuck in Asia. While I understand unforeseen issues can happen, we were only informed by a manager the day before the second delay. The delivery service was excellent, from helping move the items to the final drop-off, everything went smoothly. The team was friendly, careful, and super professional.
Rodrigo and Marcelo delivered my order this morning. This is possibly the most pleasant delivery I’ve ever experienced.
