14 MONTHS NO COUCH AND STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND We purchased a $16,000 couch in November 2021 from Coco republic. The couch arrived in March 2022 only to be defective. We had a 'couch doctor' from Coco Republic attend our house who confirmed the couch was defective. After chasing Coco Republic constantly we were advised that a new couch would be sent to us asap.
