I want to give cocomelouie more stars but customer service is extremely lacking. Basically, there is no customer service at all. I have purchased several pieces through them and almost all have been in great condition or as in the condition the description showed. I did purchase an LV neverfull at one point with a description and photos showing a gently used bag, but the bag I received had significant trim wear, damage and cracking. They are absolutely AMAZING here! I ordered an outfit on their website and when I received it, it was the wrong outfit. I ordered tie dye leggings and jacket but I received a tie dye jacket and shorts. I completely understand the mix up because the colors are the same. I contacted them as soon as I received the package and they were extremely sorry and sent the correct outfit overnight to me and told me to keep the outfit I originally received!
