The staff is very friendly, and I appreciated their warm welcome. I went in for a facial today, and while the experience had some ups and downs, I did notice my skin felt a bit dry and irritated afterward. There was also a strong latex smell from the gloves used, which was a little uncomfortable. As well as the service and the room being freezing I’m hopeful that with some improvements, my next visit will be even better. I look forward to coming back!
I love this place for the last tints/lifts but I’ve had more bad experiences here than good now. Do not have Sheryl do your nails she gave me an extremely poor set, they were lumpy, uneven and chipped/popped off in one day. I came to get my brows done today and when I actually got a look at them as I left the tail end of my brow was waxed off and they’re uneven. It makes it really hard to support local when the services are poor.
Loved getting the hydra facial! Will come back for another treatment and awesome that they offer teeth whitening!
Removed my mums lashes days before Christmas and refused to fill them or just leave what she had on.
They do a good job but it is difficult to book an appointment and I don’t think they do walk ins. I recently got an eyebrow wax as I usually do but they seem to have charged me more so I assume their prices have increased. I’m super upset as their website states a brow wax is still $15 when I was charged $18. Not a good price.
