We ordered furniture from them and paid a deposit, and they have exceeded the deadline by 5 months. They keep postponing, and they refuse to refund the deposit because they claim they have already ordered the furniture. Awful service and the worst collaboration ever!!!
I had an interesting experience with them. I called to get a quote on couch reupholstery (I have 5-6 pieces). They told me they can't do this over the phone even if I had measurements, that I should come in because price can be quoted only after selection of fabric. I said Ok, let me come in on Friday. They told me their next appointment is on Saturday at 10. Ok, I went in on Saturday at 10 am, not a minute later.
