Bought 3 Brothers with half sugar less ice. But guess what, the milk tea is freaking sweet. I don’t think is half sugar. There’s only pearls inside, no pudding no glass jelly, which means this is only normal pearl milk tea instead of 3 Brothers. And, still charge me $7.90 instead of $6.80. Paid with cash, they said they have no enough change and asked me to pay with card instead, with a surcharge. I don’t understand, why is this shop still operating til now. The service is just sooooooooo bad. Ignore custumers and the attitude is just straight up RUDE. Did someone force u to work ?( chinese staff with the glasses )
I’ve bought passion fruit tea with no ice several times, but this time I was told that no ice wasn’t allowed, and they were very insistent. So, was the no ice option before due to insufficient staff training? Or do you decide based on the staff’s mood?
