Nice decor, however service was not great. The staff seemed clueless about promotions that were posted on their menu and was generally a frustrating ordering experience. There are better options in the neighborhood.
Service was slow, took a while, usually takes 1 min this took me 5. Drink was good but I overheard some problems
My favorite tea place on LI! Everyone that works here is always incredibly nice and helpful. I’m sure they’re tired of me because I order so much tea from them (and typically large orders) but if they are, they don’t show it and have always been so kind, I love coming here! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but the passionfruit green tea is my favorite!
Worst purchase. Ordered 2 Hot Floral Milk Tea. 1 w 30% sugar, another w 50% sugar. Received 2 WARM Tea, both with 30% sugar. The store ran out of special floral cups for the tea so they gave me regular cups which was fine. However, they put the special lid that came with floral cups on the regular cups. So the cup and the lid didn't match and half of the tea spilled/leaked in the car. What a mess. (Both Tea were secured in car cup holder. The tea did not topple over. Deceptive promotions. Had a buy 1 get 1 50% off, ordered 4 drinks. Only discounted 1 drink. Was told it was limited to 1 discount per order and said I would need to make 2 orders. No where on the app stated this. Wanted to cancel the order. This location would not modify or cancel the order. Was told to email customer service and it's been a few weeks with no reply. Will have to file a chargeback. Edit: CoCo corporate customer service replied after filing a chargeback ... basically saying too bad, no refunds. Terrible.
