Worse experience ever for massage. I called to book 1hr, when I turned up she said my appointment is cancelled. If I want to wait she can do 30mins, did not even apologise at all and very rude. She sound like she don't even needs me. She even said if you can't wait you can go somewhere else after I said I'm not happy and i walked out.

Worst ever! I rang and made a booking for a coconut oil massage and scrub and when I turned up, the lady was very rude and said that they forgot to write it down when I rang and she was too busy to fit me in and even said that she wasn’t able to do the scrub anyway as she doesn’t do that! She didn’t even apologise.Their service is nothing like what they advertise on their website. Very disappointed!
