We needed some information about our property and development. Ms. Reed took the call personally, and gave us the information we needed, and offered more information than we even thought about asking. Fantastic public servant! We need more like her!
They don't answer the phones period .
Extremely unhelpful. I tried repeatedly to get information about a right an easement (right of way) to a land parcel on Cocke County but was turned away and told "go read the deed yourself" or "hire an attorney".
Don't try calling them, they leave their phones off of the hook.
