Wendy and her team are very kind but unfortunately they did not fulfill their duty during the settlement process of buying our property in a strata. There were strata fees that were disclosed by the strata company but were not picked up by cockburn conveyance, and as a result we are now hit with a massive bill the previous owner did not fulfill.
