A little bit expensive. They handle my settlement process quite smoothly and no drama. Overall worth of the money. Communication was good, it would be better if more personalised communication was available.
Amanda Ashe was awesome to deal with during the settlement process for my block of land. Being a first-home buyer I was not fully aware of all the processes involved. It was great having someone so professional who knew what they were doing helping me with the process. Leanne and her team completed two property settlements for us and they did a reasonably good job with communication. However, they almost completely ignored our multiple requests regarding another settlement that we needed assistance with which we thought was unprofessional and disrespectful.
