Hard to find but friendly staff
If I could give a half star, I would!! Why would you charge someone a so called convivence fee of almost forty dollars. I rather drive to Bisbee than to get ripped off by this office. Never answer the phones and poor customer service.
This office has always been pleasant, and easy to deal with. If you have your paperwork done and in line, they are the best to handle your business. It is usually always the residents that aren't ready, paperwork or otherwise, that give this office a bad rap. They have rules to follow just as we do, give them a break and go prepared. Overall, topnotch service. Thanks for all you folks do!!
