Everyone at this office is caring and are they constantly looking for ways to help clients. They have a wonderful Elder Care Navigation program that is so beneficial to families when they are going through a rough time in their lives.
Tom Torr handles his cases with the utmost integrity and care for his clients. I would never hesitate to recommend him. He is first rate in knowledge of the law and prompt in communication. His fees are reasonable and fair. A good man and a good attorney. five stars.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this law practice. Attorney Torr was very helpful in setting up a trust for my family and provided much needed advise. Some time after setting up the trust, I contacted the office for help as I was in the process of selling a home that was involved with the trust. Robin Pento was extremely helpful and assisted me in finalizing all the paperwork related to the sale. She was even thorough enough to follow up with me to ensure that all went well.
My mom has been trying to get a copy of her trust and will for several months now to no avail. We are very frustrated that my mom paid for services in advance and has not received her documents. She has called several times as have I. I was told the documents would be mailed over two weeks ago. This is not right! We started the simple process in June and my mom was told she had to pay in advance before the documents would be processed back in July.
