Taking 6 hours for unloading simple dry load avoid if you can not worth to delivery there load
Very disappointing experience. I had a scheduled drop-off appointment at 12 PM and arrived early at 11 AM, but was told to come back at my appointment time. After returning at 12 PM, it still took over 4 hours to unload the truck. On top of that, the paperwork alone took an hour and a half to complete. When I asked them to note the delay on the paperwork, I was told they “didn’t have the authority” to do so.
