No one else in town had one today, one quick call to Seth who knew what I needed and said they had my very small part. Drove there, walked right in, Seth immediately knew I was the one who called earlier, pulled it off the pegboard behind him without me saying another word, and rang me up. Could not ask for better service!
I gave them a call to see if they had the water heater I needed for my home. They were able to give me an answer in less than 5 minutes. I arrived at their business and they helped load up the water heater into my SUV. The transaction was efficient and the staff were very friendly. The price I paid was negligible compared to big box store pricing and the quantity of the item is much higher.
