I can't say enough good things about my experience with Coburns! I was pretty desperate when I called on Monday before Thanksgiving. My on demand water heater went out on Friday and a warranty replacement was being shipped from Dallas. The mfg was clearly in no hurry to get it to us despite the fact that Thanksgiving was just around the corner. When the unit didn't arrive by midday Tuesday, I began an independent search.
