This is hands-down the worst experience I’ve had with an aquarium store. Two fish died within days of purchase. When I tried to get help over the phone, I was brushed off and told to email. I followed up with 2more calls and 3 emails, and nothing. Finally, after 8 days, I got a gutless, unsigned response with a copy-paste of their pathetic '24 hour' guarantee, clearly written to dodge responsibility rather than offer support. Steven was very helpful and supportive in assisting for my aquarium needs. They also have a nice back room of fish to look at as well - great for the kiddies
Ordered online as I live on the other side of melb, fish arrived well and happy, they have integrated well. A nice surprise was after placing my order I received a lovely email from the store thanking me for my purchase, it was a very nice touch.
