Very very poor customer service and quality of embroidery. Sent off an official logo to be added to my items, which came in the wrong colours and with very poor quality stitching. Whenever we have called to query this we have been told they are busy and someone will call back, which they never have. Would avoid.

Poor printing qualitiy! Slow delivery and slow response! No comunication at all regarding complaint. It took over 2 weeks after payment was taken and am email prompt to get any type of acknowledgement of the order. Over another week before I received my order. So nearly 4 weeks before I got my workwear order. Although the clothing quality is great the printing of the logo was a real let down, bleeding and a white surround around all the logos, and different colours used from the proofs and from the original logos provided.
