I paid $680 to have my taxes done for 2024 only to find out a year later when I received a call from the CRA that they didn’t submit 1/3 of my businesses/jobs… They submitted them the following day and offered to cover the penalty charge that was later removed by CRA, but weren't very apologetic. I’ve fully lost trust. Mistakes happen but this is kind of a huge mistake, no??
