I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Jethro at COSIC. I’ve seen him now for 3 separate and unrelated issues and with all 3 I’ve had excellent results. Jethro spends time to diagnose the issue and then gives 2 or 3 exercises that you have to do to fix the problem. On all 3 occasions I’ve seen drastic improvements within a few weeks. I have been attending COSIC over a few years and have always received excellent treatment. The staff are all very friendly. It is situated in an older house in Cobourg which has been renovated to a very high standard with individual treatment rooms. I would highly recommend.

I have had a few massages with Kate Fenton over the past year or so. Her attention to detail is fantastic and I always leave feeling way better than when I came in. She makes sure to ask what areas are of concern each visit and focuses her treatment accordingly. I would definitely recommend seeing Kate for Massage Therapy!
