I had an excellent experience with Jeff for physiotherapy. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue with my foot and explained both the cause and the treatment plan clearly. After following his recommendations for less than a week, I was able to enjoy pain-free movement for the first time in a long while. Jeff is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping his patients achieve the best possible outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking expert physiotherapy care.

Great staff. Has everything you could need from Physiotherapy to registered Massage to Chiropractic etc. Orthotics too. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Direct bills as well.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Jethro at COSIC. I’ve seen him now for 3 separate and unrelated issues and with all 3 I’ve had excellent results. Jethro spends time to diagnose the issue and then gives 2 or 3 exercises that you have to do to fix the problem. On all 3 occasions I’ve seen drastic improvements within a few weeks. I have been attending COSIC over a few years and have always received excellent treatment. The staff are all very friendly. It is situated in an older house in Cobourg which has been renovated to a very high standard with individual treatment rooms. I would highly recommend.
