Super quick and easy. Came about an hour early for an appointment. Gave me the lumper fee and tax code immediately, so no surprises towards the end. Unloaded in 30 minutes, maybe less. Easy docks to backup into. A few potholes here and there, but easily avoidable. I lost a set of house keys while I was here- and the nice lady at the receiving desk called to inform me that she found them- and very nicely shipped them to my home for me. Little bit hard to find.. streets have been reconfigured so GPS not accurate. NO overnight parking.. Friendly and quick and efficient staff
