They were great while we were getting refunds. Then they, according to Ms. Coblentz-Biehle, "got too busy to follow up with every client they hadn't heard back from." So missing their voicemail (no follow up call or email as over 30 days went by) resulted in them intentionally withholding our return past the filing deadline over an outstanding balance, while we are furloughed during the govt shutdown, without so much as a See Ya after 10 years.
