I have always had wonderful experiences at Cobles. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The delivery men are friendly & call if they are running behind. Their selection is great. I have found several great deals there. They offer free delivery & can often finance a large purchase, plus they will haul away your old appliances & furniture. I have referred then to many people.
Cobles Furniture isnt the place to go if youre looking for a friendly atmosphere. The delivery guys left trash in my yard and even threw a cigarette butt in my driveway. I honestly believe the owners have a few screws loose. One has a hot head and a bad temper. I cant stand doing business with cocky people. I can honestly say that there are better honest, and hard working folks in surrounding areas to do business with. I wont be coming back to cobles. My experience with cobles was painfully horrible! Cobles is a horrible place to buy furniture! The owner was a cocky hot head and the employess were rather rude! Ive been told they sell broken furniture all the time after they glue it back or cover up the scratches with a furniture paint marker. My friend bought some items there and after they wiped the furniture down with polish all the paint marker came off where they were trying to mask the scratches. The furniture is overpriced, the people there are not friendly/helpful.......thier furniture was okay, but you could drive to columbia or nashville and get it way cheaper...the delievery guys were all layin around smoking cigarettes when i went to the warehouse to get my stuff...lazy bunch there if you ask me.I wont be doing business with cobles furniture anymore...
I love Coble furniture. I have never shopped there before but my husband and his deceased wife had shopped there form over 20 years. We needed a new couch so he wanted to take me there to see what I thought. Well I found a couch I feel in love with but didnt have it in the color I wanted. They staff there were wonderful in helping me pick out the color i wanted and got it ordered and it arrived when they said it would. We plan on going back pretty soon. I would recommend Cobles to any one.
The person who posted horrible is in the minority. I live in Lewisburg and can certainly go elsewhere, but Cobles is great, has great sales, wonderful selection, delivers same day - free - if possible, the delivery guys are wonderful, helpful, courteous and will help you put your furniture wherever you want. All the sales people are great and friendly. I have several pieces and appliances from Cobles and can count on them for whatever I need. Cobles is a wonderful furniture store for such a small town. We made a purchase one morning and it was delivered the same day. Really nice sales staff and delivery men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I highly reccomend them
