Showed up at 11am and was told by Teresa that she didn’t have time to help us as they were short staffed. We wanted to apply for a vehicle loan that we test drove Saturday. We told her not a problem, we will go somewhere else, she said oh I can run it through. Got approved immediately, asked us to come back at 1:30pm that day, came back at 1:30pm and was told she had just left for lunch.
