THIEF! Kept my shoes and closed their business. Had to call credit card company.
glad I read the reviews first. I was going to place an order to mail some Birkenstocks to be repaired. In fact I was going to place the order today. However this morning, (2/23) the website is shut down. Thanks other reviewers for saving me!
Unfortunately I am another person scammed by this fraudulent business. I dropped off two pairs of sneakers to be cleaned and repaired. They never called and did not answer or return calls for months before they apparently packed up and left the shop. Sad to see people operate a business like this. I hope legal action is pursued so these crooks do not do this again somewhere else.
DO NOT USE. Alan, like many of the others in here, has disappeared with my brand new boots. I would advise anyone to request a chargeback through their credit card provider if they purchased services that were not performed.
Mailed shoes to be resoled in early December 2023. It's been 11 weeks and I can't get a hold of the store to find out the status of repairs. They did respond once in January saying they were moving them but location they were moving to fell through. Now none of their numbers or email work. Really at this rate I just want them to mail back the shoes and refund the amount I paid for repairs, and do shipping them the shoes initially. This is a really upsetting experience.
