One star because no stars isn’t an option. For years I paid above the rent for my house and used to build up a bit of credit and a couple time a year when I got a bill in or for Xmas I had a free month. All of a sudden a fifth week was introduced and I never accrued anything. When I asked why they decided there was a five week month and it was taken from what I’d accrued. I searched my head and wondered when the five week month was invented. Apparently it’s always been there. Don’t trust these charlatans
