I went to pay the escrow overage in person at a branch location. The teller looked very confused and said, “I’ve never seen that before” as he looked at my account on his computer. Then he had to ask someone else what to do. That person seemed to know because my payment was taken. I’m hanging on to my receipt in case there’s a problem.
