This location is ghetto and horrible, i went in to get a new debit card. 3 woman did not just started at me because i dont speech Spanish. I got it the teller that help me would speech on Spanish at first. Until i told here for i don't speech Spanish for the 20 times, she made the card then . Was saying hey to me my name is on the back of the card she just made. And smirking 😏 and the other 2 woman where talking in Spanish while i was approaching the counter. So this is bs to treat a costumer this way.
Today I needed help with a transaction that I did not recognize and Sandra Ruvalcaba was so helpful. She was able to find the problem and help resolve it. I suggest for anyone to use cobalt credit union.
