Excellent service
In going thru the HELOC Loan process at the Millard Branch, I had an amazing experience with Abby, Autumn and Alyssa. The process was so streamlined and seamless, taking less than a week to complete. I would highly recommend them.
As far as credit unions go, Cobalt is good. But the tellers are great. Lindsay is our favorite. She's always helpful and friendly. We go inside the branch just to see her sometimes.
Cobalt credit Union is amazing. We have banked there for over 15 years. We have been very satisfied with everything they have to offer. Checking savings. Extended line of credit, loans and most importantly the customer service and added support given when and wherever needed. We enjoy all the the tellers there and are so pleased how we are greeted and totally taken care of without providing anything everyone knows us and gives first class service.
