COATS was great. Now ransoming clients with an increase of 5 times the previous price with a one month notice! Holding clients hostage & paying ransom is a horrible way to treat a 25 year loyal customer.
I have been in Staffing for about 17 years, so when I opened my own firm back in 2020 I was looking for a CRM close to what I had been used to. The Coats family has been way more than expected.
