The staff was very professional and pleasant, my appointment was easy and fast. I was told about products and was given information on what the next steps were and even give a loaner on a hearing aid to see if it was for me.

After having my first thorough hearing test/evaluation, I highly recommend Coates Hearing Clinic. Dr. Kate was very personable and took her time with me, explaining each test and my specific results. Receiving this level of detailed explanation from a medical professional was refreshing. She also provided me with ways to prevent any further damage to my hearing. Dr. Kate and her staff at top notch!
Dr. Coates is wonderful! She takes her time with you and does not mind answering questions or explaining things. Definitely recommend Dr. Coates and her entire staff!!
