Dr. Gayle Yoder was very professorial and Kind making the appointment enjoyable and comfortable. And she explained everything that we were going to do and then the results at the end of the appointment. She made sure I understood everything she tested me on before I left.
I was recently fitted for my first hearing aid at Coates Hearing Clinic. Dr. Nicole Oldrati was terrific. She explained everything thoroughly, from using the device to care and cleaning. Everybody at Coates is very helpful, friendly, and completely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Had an appointment with Madeline Peterson today this place just keeps getting better and better. Very easy to talk to, takes the time to understand, and great on recommendations. Definitely my goto for hearing.
Great experience. Dr. Oldrati listened to my concerns and immediately resolved my issues. I ended up wearing my hearing aides for over 13 hours that day. I actually forgot I was wearing them. Maddie Peterson answered all my questions about care and maintenance. Everyone was friendly and did their best to insure my visit was productive and enjoyable. Thanks to all!
