I have worked with Hollan and her team a few times now. I have only the best things to say about them! I am a local kayak guide that has a very physical job. I ski almost 100 days a year and kayak over a 100 days a year. Hollan has done a great job matching a routine and stretches to my physical work/recreation life. Great communication from the team as well, easy to organize and book with.
As an aging runner, I have experienced a myriad of injuries and surgeries related to running and found Dr. Oliver's guidance and care to be outstanding. Whether seeking intensive rehabilitation or preventative therapy, I received excellent advice and care. I am awestruck by this level of knowledge and professionalism right in the heart of Deer Isle Village. I'd highly recommend seeking care from Coastline PT.
Hollan was generous and set up a fitness program for the local basketball players. My daughter learned a lot about proper form when exercising. I'll definitely head their way when I have PT needs.
