Booked him for my daughters prom and he texted me the dat before that he was unable to due to a family death. He did not bother to answer my calls or recommend another company. He was not helpful at all and its confusing why he wasnt able to give us another driver considering he had the limo. This company is very unprofessional, do not recommend unless you are okay with getting canceled on the day before.
