I've been a member at Coastline FCU since I was 18 years old. Now 35 years later they are still the most professional, kindest and extremely helpful people I've ever had the chance to interact with. They always go above and beyond to help me financially when I am at my lowest. Thank you so much for being there for me in my time of need 😊
I have been a member of Coastline for 10+ years. I am leaving now because customer service has gone so far downhill. While they may fool some, you must know—when you have any kind of real issue, you are handed off to a "member service rep" AKA one of the worst call centers of all time. Not to mention the complete lack of urgency for bank members. Today was the 4th time I called to place an order for a credit card that was lost 6 months ago. I love coastline I've been a member for 25 years the service has always been top notch my only complaint is they can't seem to keep cashiers or managers every time I go in they have different new cashiers and new managers it'd be nice to keep the same ones
I have been banking with Coastline for about 13 years plus. Nice and helpful staff. I have had 3 loans with Coastline and I have direct deposit and no issues or surprises. Kim is great as well as Carma. I lost a debit card once out of state and someone found it and called Coastline and they called and put me in touch with the person and i was able to get my card back. Great service.
