Dezaray helped my son open a new account with a debit card and the app. She also helped my grandson set up e-statements for his existing account and even helped him set up a secured credit card account. Now he can build up a credit score. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient, as we thought of additional requests and questions. She's terrific!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with a teller named Desiree at the Saratoga location. My father is already a customer through an auto loan. I went into the branch specifically intending to open a checking/savings account for myself, while also helping my father get online access to view his existing auto loan. My father was not there to open checking or savings accounts. He already has a member number and an existing auto loan; we simply needed help setting up his online access.
