We came in to add my husband to my account and it was an easy and efficient process.. only thing is she didn’t give her name nor was she wearing a name tag or I would shout her out.
I desperately needed assistance and miss KC was amazing. She walked me through the process, explained everything thoroughly, and was very patient even when I was stumbling over myself. (And I should mention that I came in 10 minutes before closing). So shout out to Miss KC
Yesenia, is such an asset for CoastLife Cr Union. She has wonderful customer service skills and so knowledgeable. I try to ask for her when she's there. I feel important and she's always very helpful. I wish I could say that about the other staff and cashiers. They don't even acknowledge u when come in. Changing my review bc these people provided me w a solution via their email &considered closing the account that is on my credit report so I can fix it accordingly. I still need to reach out to their email service & I hope they have footage from 2021 when I went in to pay off the negative balance but I doubt it .. the fact that they're attempting to make things right makes me want to apologize for the choice of words I used in my initial review..
