I see all the great reviews behind the front tellers but I have not experienced the same. I have been here about 30 minutes and other than checking in I have not been helped as someone wanting to open an account. They are not busy either. I and 4 other customers in here one waiting as long as I have with a little boy and likely her elderly mother. Giving it 5 more minutes before I leave and go with another bank.
I went to the Saratoga location at 5 to refinance my vehicle, I went to the tellers to sign in to refinance the loan I have with coastlife, I was turned away and given an application! They said no one could see me because it was 5, I didn’t think it would be a problem because I have my membership and my loan is already there! So thank you for turning me away.. I’m having the worst experience trying to get a situation handled. They’ve pulled my auto loan payment out twice & refuse to refund me back the second payment that was taken out of my bank account after I’ve sent proof of bank statements from the money being pulled. DO NOT RECOMMEND using them as your credit union. I’ve spoke to 5 different workers from the lowest ranking on up and have yet to get this resolved.
