Christian unlocked my account after 3 attempts to having this problem fixed. Thank you so much.
Worst credit union to deal with. Took over a trailer loan. It takes an act of congress to follow thru with a loan and they never contact you back and like to tack on unnecessary charges on your account. They recently added insurance even when I’ve had insurance since taking over this loan. Do not recommend this credit union. To many headaches and no communication when you need assistance
