1/14/26: I was unable to recall my password for the CLCU app and followed all prescribed steps to re-set it. However, the process required entering a current or temporary password before setting a new one, and I did not receive a temporary password. As a result, I was unable to complete the password reset process remotely. Fortunately, I visited the CLCU branch on Northwest Boulevard to make a withdrawal, where Denise assisted me.
