Honestly such a great bank, I really love your skip a payment program. I rarely need it but when I do it really comes in handy. I dont know any other banks that do this. Always friendly when I go in, very helpful. Been with this bank for about a year and a half? And never had complaints. Thank you for helping us little people.
Tellers are super helpful specially Christian who helped me set up automatic payments and walked me through the online set up, we had some issues creating my account but he continued helping me until we got an answer, great job! Monica helped with refinancing my vehicle which I thought would be a headache but she explained everything and made the process very easy. Will definitely be coming back to refinance my other vehicle very soon.
Monica Gomez at the NorthWest Coastlife is an amazing loan officer. She went above and beyond to help my son purchase his first vehicle. She made us feel as though we were family. This was not a smooth purchase, unfortunately. The "car place" made a mess of the purchase order. Monica, however, dedicated much of her time to ensure this "mess" would be fixed. My son and I cannot find enough words of gratitude to extend. Monica you are AWESOME and we will definitely do business with you again!!!
