Newcomb ~ The pot calling the kettle black... Your prejudicial bias against Mr. Floyd is apparent in your uninformed assessment of him. Do you even know him? I believe not. I agree more with his assessment of the CFCU. I also have a long time experience with CFCU, since they were the EFCU, and I have seen service and personnel go from great to the shambles that they are now.

Curtis Floyd is undoutably a hater. Maybe he got turned down for a loan and is angry. I have no problem with the service I receive from Coastland. They are always willing to help and I find everyone I speak to is very articulate and knowledgeable. They are a professional organization and have enjoyed working with and plan to continue using this outstanding financial institution.
The quality of the customer service and employees has dropped drastically in the last few years. To see such a great change from what had been a good Credit Union with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people offering several financial institution tools to the sad state it is today has to have started at the top. Call for yourself and see. The woman that answers the phone is unhelpful and unfriendly. She is poorly spoken, barely speaks English, and will often give you wrong answers.
