DO NOT BANK HERE, especially if you are not around any branch. This credit union makes it impossible to make payments to your accounts as well as the online banking, thee people and the app are soo hard to navigate. After a million of attemps to reach them for over a month I still wasnt able to get a call back or contact someone here & my account was closed. POOOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICEp
I had a great experience at Coast Hills Bank needing to withdraw funds from my account and later that day redeposited it into my account and the bank waive the overdraft fee. Thank you!
