The rude representative did not want to cash my check because she said the amount was too high and said she would flag it. She was interrogating me asking me so many questions about the check from the title company. I’m a Realtor, checks are big. I’ve never had a problem depositing any checks and have been a member since 2019 and have never had a bounced check and have deposited even bigger checks with no problem. I've come to expect having frustrating experiences because of my personal circumstances when managing my finances. But Kristina has been helpful, patient and understanding to a degree I have not seen before. I'm very grateful for the outstanding customer service she and Coast Hills have provided.

The security protection preventing my bank account from being hacked multiple times is completely incompetent and resulted in me losing hundreds of dollars. The workers are uncaring and incompetent as well.
