You need more people working for you like Kristina from the Orcutt branch. She actually helps things so simple to work when there is an issue. And oh so nice. She should by far be a manager.
Very happy with thier entire operation
The rude representative did not want to cash my check because she said the amount was too high and said she would flag it. She was interrogating me asking me so many questions about the check from the title company. I’m a Realtor, checks are big. I’ve never had a problem depositing any checks and have been a member since 2019 and have never had a bounced check and have deposited even bigger checks with no problem.
