Very difficult to make payments or to speak to anyone on the phone.
Paid my payment on time, they sent the payment back and had my vehicle towed on a Friday so I can't even get it back till Monday. I wasn't behind on the payments. The one missed payment was the one they sent back.
I just need to know when I've been paid. So, I can send my money and this app relays it to me. Idk what I'd do without it.
