I had an appointment with Samantha Serna and she was amazing she was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment I appreciated her time.
A family member wanted to purchase a vehicle and get the loan through his credit union. Basically he could get approved at any bank or credit union but wants to go through coast Hills because he uses their checking account.. The representatives have been Making it very difficult for him to acquire the auto loan. Don’t waste your time. I am very upset that they are making this trouble for my father. Tell your family to not go to coast Hills If they wanted to be treated with respect.
Nice staff. Long lines with most bank tellers windows unstaffed. Can be frustrating. S. Broadway and W. Stowell Rd. location.
