I found a bedroom set while out of state. Called to figure out where I could buy it. Not helpful at all. If they are not helpful before I spend money, I can only imagine how terrible they will be if I need parts or support.
We bought a sofa from a Michiell’s furniture, they are acting very disrespectful and they also don’t want to solve our problem. So we contacted the factory Coaster that has to help us in the 1ste year. Because of the warranty. Nobody takes this serious we bought the sofas for a high price and expect a quality sofa not one that will bend also the buttons came of and also the sofa got a black shadow.
Such a big company that doesn't responde we are talking about a big amount of money! People are not gonna Pay 3k for a sofa that is not useble after 7 months. We are still waiting for an answer.
My wife Got a curio as a gift. The instructions said 15 minutes, ha. 2 hours later. Screw heads wouldn't fit any bits ( I have quite a few) . Then my wife told me the price, way over for this type and material. PS I built furniture for 13 years.
I ordered a glass contemporary modern sofa table from Macy’s that came from Coaster furniture the box was damaged and pkg terribly for a glass table!!! and damaged as we opened it it was all in little tiny glass pieces the worst package I’ve ever received in my life and as Macy said they re-ordered it for me after I packaged it up the best I could and dropped off at UPS I waited two weeks and I never got a call or new sofa table’!
